House rules

Dear guests!

Our Bergblick apartment should be your second home. You should feel comfortable and find rest and relaxation. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. Should anything be missing, we are happy to help. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy your stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope that they will find your understanding. By conscientious handling of the apartment you will help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms in the future .

 

 

General

Should you ever need help or should something not work, please contact us. All things in the apartment or on the balcony can be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care.

 

 

kitchen

Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without coasters . Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.

 

 

Damage

Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be happy if you report the damage that has occurred and we do not only notice it after your departure during the final cleaning.

 

 

Airing

To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

 

 

Due diligence

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. A ll windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to prevent possible damage caused by bad weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be handled with care.

 

 

disposal

The waste will be in Tirol after

  • Plastic and packaging (e.g. yoghurt cups)

  • Waste paper (e.g. newspapers)

  • Glass (bottles and glasses)

  • Metal packaging (e.g. cans)

  • Organic waste (eg eggshells, spoiled food)

  • Residual waste (e.g. used hygiene products, diapers)

Cut.

We ask our guests to carefully separate the garbage in the interests of our planet.

Corresponding containers are available in the apartment or the property.

 

Please only use garbage bins or cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and showers! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

 

 

cleaning

Should a mishap happen to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask that you correct this immediately or call us for help. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards.

 

 

Rest times

Out of respect for other parties, we ask that you keep the rest period from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

 

 

Internet / WiFi

A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available free of charge during your stay in the apartment. You will receive the access code on arrival. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. The WLAN usage rules must also be taken into account when using Internet access via WLAN. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect yourself against misuse with your signature.

 

 

privacy

Due to the currently applicable EU regulations, we have to point out the data protection regulations upon arrival.

 

 

Smoke

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please leave the apartment to smoke. If we find that you smoked in the apartment during your stay, we will charge you € 100.00 for cleaning costs.

 

 

Pets

Bringing pets is allowed after consultation with the landlord.

 

 

Parking

It can be parked in front of the house. If a parking space is made available to you, this does not result in a custody contract. The landlord is not liable for lost or damaged vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents .

 

 

House right

If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.

 

 

key

Please never give the keys out of your hand. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the replacement cost.

 

 

liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s).

 

 

Arrival and departure

You can move into the apartment from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

In order to enable the arrival on time, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The apartment must be handed over swept clean.

 

When booking the apartment, we assume that the house rules will be recognized.
