Location
Our house is in a quiet location on a farm in the middle of the Zillertal Alps and the wild and romantic mountains of Ginzling.
If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. Away from the hustle and bustle you can leave the sometimes stressful everyday life behind here.
Mayrhofen can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. You are also in about 15km at one of the largest reservoirs in Austria: Schlegeis reservoir.
The surroundings
The mountaineering village of Ginzling is the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling (mountain biking). There is something for everyone - from easy walks to more demanding hikes to real summit storms - everyone gets their money's worth here.
In winter there is a small ski lift, a cross-country ski run and a toboggan run in Ginzling. The next bus stop is about 30m from the apartment. In winter there is a free ski bus.
